Azalea is a multidisciplinary designer and director specialising in Filmmaking, Production and Costume Design for stage and screen.
She aspires to create fantastic things—garments, objects, structures, and stories fashioned from all manner of materials—that elicit a sense of wonder from the observer.
She has a broad range of experience in filmmaking at both a grassroots and professional level.
Her most significant achievements are producing costume design work for a large-scale theatre production (Dog & Bone) and a smaller-scale multimedia performance piece she designed and directed. (CINE/THEA/SIA).
