Stephen Gallagher is an Emmy Award-winning film and television composer based in Wellington, New Zealand. He scored The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim for Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema, and won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Direction and Composition for the children's series Secrets at Red Rocks (co-composed with David Long). He also holds an Emmy for Music Editing on The Beatles: Get Back. Across his career he has collaborated with Peter Jackson, Brian Eno, Ed Sheeran, and Nick Cave. Stephen is represented by Air-Edel Associates, London and Los Angeles.
