Casting Link is a talent-first New Zealand agency founded in 2025 by Gem McIver and Emma Hordyk, representing actors and extras for film, television and commercials. We put connection, education and development at the heart of everything we do.

Along with talent representation, we offer acting coaching, audition preparation and industry guidance, along with self-tape filming and editing, professional photoshoots, Tax Ready guidance, and on-set etiquette and audition workshops.
